Terms and Conditions

1. TERMS OF PAYMENTS

Payment of estimated cost of hire is required before contract begins.
Final settlement will be made on completion.
Credit cards are accepted (VISA and MASTER)

Note: Unsettled bills attract 0.5% interest each day from the date the rent was completed.

2. FUEL
Fuel is not included in the hire rates. Cars are delivered with full tank and the hirer returns the car with full tank.

3. INSURANCE
Chauffeur driven vehicles are third party insured. However, self – driven vehicles are comprehensively insured.

4. BREAKDOWNS
In the event of a breakdown, call 0244-614658/020-8163215. If breakdown is due to hirer’s negligence, a charge will be made for recovery and rectification.

5. CHAUFFEUR DRIVE
Daily rates applicable are for a minimum of 5hrs and a maximum of 10hrs. Extra hours attract a charge of $3 per hour.

Drive’s allowance –
$30 per day is paid for duties out of Ghana
$20 per day is paid for overnight duties out of Accra.
$15 per day is paid for return trip out Accra
$10 per day is paid within Accra.

For journeys outside Accra, the first 50km is free; extra kilometers are charged as shown.

6. SELF DRIVE
Daily rate covers 24hrs.
Age limit of 21 years with minimum of 2 years driving experience.
Driving license international or Ghanaian required.
Deposit of $2,000 against damage to vehicle. Deposit will be refunded at the end of rental provided car is returned safe.
General cleaning and maintaining of oil/water in the vehicle is the responsibility of hirer during the rental period.

7. CAR RETURN POLICY
Car hired in Accra are supposed to be returned in Accra during normal business hours (until 6:00pm). Therefore, all cars hired in Accra and dropped/returned at any other point, a charge of (US$200.00) will be made expect by prior arrangement.

8. TAX
Applicable rate will be charged.
